Illustration Magazine / Feature
JANUARY 13, 2012
The recent issue of 'Illustration Magazine' has great articles on classic and contemporary illustration. But that's not all, it also has a great Graduate section featuring four selected illustrators - one of them being me. Thank you very much to Ruth Prickett.

Deadline / Editorial
JANUARY 07, 2012
"Live Magazine partnered with The Guardian and Observer to give 13 young journalists from north London the opportunity to create their own magazine and get their voices heard. Have a look at what they had to say in DEADLINE." Read more about the project on the 'Guardian' webpage.
Against this background I have been commissioned to create an Illustration of David Starkey, based on an original photograph. Starkey had been involved in discussions about the London Riots 2011 and proclaimed a very controversial attitude towards black communities and culture. We therefore decided to ironically portray him dressed up as a 'HipHop Gangster'. You can read the magazine online here.

Look at a digital version of the flyer here and come along to Middlesex University's Event at Cass Art if you want to send a wonderfully illustrated and personalised Valentines Card to someone special.

Thank you to everybody who came along to the night and a special thank you to Emily Alexander and her motivated team. The show will be up until the end of January 2012.

DECEMBER 17, 2011
I have been asked to illustrate an article for Junior Magazine's October Issue 2011. The article is about parents helping their children with their homework and other homework horrors. It was good fun to do. Thank you to Abdul Malique for getting me on board and doing a great art direction job. See the whole project here.

On|Off Collective Showcase / Risograph Print
DECEMBER 11, 2011
The talented guys from On|Off Collective have asked me and other selected artists to create a two colour Risograph print on the theme 'Analogue vs Digital' for their amazing show. As my artwork is very often made in analogue and/or digital ways I conclude that the difference lies only in the tools one uses. I therefore conclude that: 'The Mind May Be The Most Creative Tool'. Thank you for doing an amazing job with this event. See all prints here.
